Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) has partnered with Start a Library Trust to set up libraries for public schools in Kenya. Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), KAM and Start a Library Trust seek to promote inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities, through fostering a reading culture and lifelong learning among Kenyan children.

The 5th edition of the Changamka Shopping Festival by the Kenya Association of Manufacturers has officially kicked off at KICC. The festival, which will run from 1st-5th November brings together local manufacturers to showcase high-quality locally manufactured products. Speaking during the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) Humanitarian Initiative fundraising event, His Excellency the Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua observed that the drought situation is worsening in the Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs).
Kenyan Manufacturers have today unveiled a roadmap to increase the sector’s contribution to the GDP to 20% by 2030. The initiative, Kenya Manufacturing 20by30, seeks to maximize on opportunities available to spur local industry’s growth.
