Consultancy to Develop a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Policy Textiles and Apparels Sector
Details: Develop a GESI Policy Framework tailored for the textiles and apparels sector. This framework will provide guidelines and actionable strategies at to promote gender equality and social inclusion within the sector. Provide guidance on incorporating gender-based interventions resulting to increased retention rates, improved working conditions and higher productivity. Ultimately improving Kenya’s T&A sector business practices and social responsibility that will which has an impact on competitiveness and profitability.
