Facilitating fact and solution-based policy advocacy, for enhancing KAM member’s contribution to industrial growth and global competitiveness.
Collaborating with the government in undertaking sectoral, product and technology-based research along the supply /value chain to support KAM sectors and subsequent preparation of policies and relevant legislations.
Advocating and providing inputs to the review of existing and / or new regional and national regulations for promoting industrial development.
Translating government policies into strategies and programmes relevant to KAM members.
Monitoring and evaluating the effects and impact of international, regional and national policies on industrial growth and development.
Ensuring proper adherence to national, regional, and international policies by KAM members.
