This concerns itself with matters of county affairs, including licensing, water, roads, liaison with Ministry of Devolution, national security issues, among others.
It has two sub-committees on county affairs and security. These committees are allowed four Statutory Meetings per year held on a quarterly basis but may have bi-lateral dialogue meetings with relevant government agencies from time to time.
