South Rift Chapter: KRA hosts forum on Tax Laws (Amendment) Act 2018, EAC Customs Management Act & EGMS
KAM South Rift Chapter members participated in the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) forum on Tax Laws (Amendment) Act 2018, East African Community (EAC) Customs Management Act (EACCMA) & Excisable Goods Management System (EGMS) in September.
The forum aimed to enlighten manufacturers on the relevance and applicability of the aforementioned legislations and system and provided a platform for members to raise relevant emerging issues.
