The forum, which is part of a series of similar engagements throughout the KAM chapters, intended to address the power advocacy issues affecting large power customers, as well as to introduce the latest plan and projects by KPLC intended to benefit the said customers.
Through a dedicated help desk set up in the venue, 32 membership issues were raised and addressed. Members were also accorded the opportunity to ask questions to the regional leadership, which were addressed in real time.
