The meeting focused on measures being undertaken to improve service delivery, including power supply, to members.
Kenya Power noted some of the measures they are putting in place, include delocalisation of their services through the introduction of Feeder Based Business Units (FBBU), completion of the ongoing projects and online bill delivery.
Regarding the Chapter’s flagship project dubbed the Industrial Area Street Lighting Initiative, Kenya Power advised KAM on how to hasten its realisation.
An invitation was extended to members to participate in the inaugural Central Rift Region Kenya Power Open Day scheduled for November.
