Consultancy for ESG Technical Consultant: Post-Workshop Technical Advisory, Research & Implementation Support

KAM, under the Sustainable African Value Chains Initiative (SAVI) program, seeks a qualified consulting firm to serve as Lead Technical Consultant providing one-on-one post-workshop ESG advisory, research, and implementation support across a three-part cohort series of 35 companies. The assignment spans three phases: guiding enterprises through baseline ESG data collection and gap analysis; supporting structuring and translation of ESG data into framework-aligned sustainability reports (VS, GRI, IFRS S1/S2); and embedding ESG insights into long-term corporate strategy and operational implementation. Deliverables include an inception report and diagnostic toolkits, phase-specific enterprise outputs, and a comprehensive final report on Kenya's ESG landscape and needs assessment. The assignment runs over 4 months starting 1st November 2026. Applicants must have an advanced degree in a related field, at least 8 years of experience in corporate sustainability and ESG reporting, and proven expertise in GRI, IFRS S1/S2, and VS frameworks.
