KAM hosted a live session with Chair, Mucai Kunyiha and Vice-Chair, Rajan Shah, who responded to questions from members of the public.

KAM engages Uasin Gishu, Elgeyo Marakwet Governors

KAM engaged the Governors of Uasin Gishu Counties, together with the Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development Cabinet Secretary, Ms Betty Maina. The meetings focused on areas of partnership and integration between the national and county governments and the private sector as we work towards an economic rebound.

Membership Visits

The Association conducted industry visits in the KAM North Rift Region, to check on the progress of the Buy Kenya Build Kenya initiatives for local manufacturers. 

KAM also visited Sheffield Steel Ltd, based in Lower Eastern Region to better understand their manufacturing processes. 

Courtesy Call with Edible Oil Sub-Sector Chair

KAM paid a courtesy call to the new Edible Oil Sub- Sector Chair and Golden Africa Kenya Limited General Manager, Abdulghani Mohamed Al-Wegih.

 Danish Taskforce on Job Creation & Skills Development

The Association participated in the Danish Taskforce on Job Creation & Skills Development, with experts from other parts of Africa. The meeting focused on the challenges that hinder job creation and skills development in the continent.
