Forestry Business Sustainability Action Plan 

KAM met PS Kiptoo and the Chief Conservator of Forests at the Kenya Forest Service, on the Forestry Business Sustainability Action Plan Report. 

The Forest Sustainability Action Plan seeks to shed more light on the policy and legislative framework guiding the forestry sector value chain in Kenya, its adequacy, gaps and challenges that exist within it. 

KAM, WRG sign MoU 

We entered into a partnership with the World Bank Resource Group. The partnership seeks to complement and strengthen Government’s existing efforts to develop and achieve a water secure future, enable a sustainable growth path for economic and social development, as well as protecting the environment. 

Salt Sub-Sector Engagements 

KAM’s Salt Sub-Sector paid a courtesy call to the County Commissioner, Kilifi County. The Sub-Sector also engaged the Kilifi County CECM for Trade, met CSR Committee Members and community leaders as well as conducted field visits. 

KAM meets Ministry of Energy 

KAM’s Centre for Energy Efficiency and Conservation (CEEC) engaged the Ministry of Energy to discuss the progress in the workplan implementation. During the meeting, we appreciated Eng. Isaac Kiva for his immense support, guidance and advise to the CEEC over the years.
